  Job Description
Our clients is the specialist global outsourcing business. that provide a full-service BPO provider for the entire invoice processing chain, we offer a broad spectrum of services including invoice administration, invoice purchasing, debt purchasing, financing and debt collection.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide support with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems, as well as user account management. You will be working closely with the 3rd Level Technical and Security Specialists and will also support the helpdesk team when needed, to provide excellent levels of service to the business.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Avaya Technologies, Cisco networking, hardware and software. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are essential for this role, as is an ability to convey complex technical issues to a wider non-technical audience within the business. We are looking for a self-motivated problem-solver, who has a patient and methodical approach to work, and is able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines successfully.

Skills / Experience:
The position requires a range of Information Technology disciplines, and successful applicants will have some of the following skills:

-Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems 2003 and above (including maintaining Active Directory and associated services)
-Service Desk Call logging and resolution
-Daily Backups on multiple sites
-Critical Systems Patching
-Support and Administration of Avaya Telephony platforms
-Familiar with WAN/LAN and VoIP technologies
-Configuration, monitoring and fault finding - routers and data switches
-Support and Administration of Citrix XenApp servers and farms
-Support and Administration of MS Exchange 2010
-Support and Administration of file storage technology (DELL SAN, DFS, NFS)
-Support and Administration of VMware/VSphere 5.x
-Desire to learn, grow and develop professionally
-Experience of working with robust IT infrastructures
-Required qualification: one vendor qualifications such as Microsoft - MCSE, MCSA, MCP or Cisco - CCNA, CCNP, or Citrix CCA
