  Job Description
Data Migration Manager required by leading technology provider who are incredibly reliant upon CRM.

The situation is pretty simple - the company have grown and grown and grown. They've recognised that to support future growth they will need to upgrade all existing systems and architecture. The biggest of all their systems is the CRM, a 6 years old Salesforce application.

The issue: The sales guys using the CRM have acted as Sales guy act and cut corners, resulting in a lot of incomplete fields. When it comes to migrating to the new version of Salesforce, the incomplete fields are simply not going to migrate.

This role is to manage the effective migration of business critical data from one CRM to another. We need an experienced Data Manager to join the team to achieve this. You NEED to have a proven track record in such projects involving business critical data. Only applicants with this specific experience will be considered - important we make this very clear.

Aside from the technical ability to do the job, not to a track record in successful data migrations, we'd need someone with the softer/people skills to manage key stakeholders involved. This role will be reporting to the CTO, so prior experience working at this level important.
