Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
-Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
-Requires 10 years of Business Analysis work experience, preferably with a technical background.
-Requires 5+ years experience in business analysis, project management, retail banking, bank operations or other directly related experience.
-Experience with Risk Management and Business Process Management practices required.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with business clients on a very granular level and work through difficult business issues.
-Working knowledge of banking applications.
-Working knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting banking processes and systems, programming and systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices.
-Documentation during the requirements gathering phase as well as at the end of the execution phase
-Develop requirement traceability matrixes, process change matrixes, and functional test cases.
-Strong data analysis skills
-Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills
