Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a resourcer to join our busy internal recruitment team.
Your main role will be to assist the Head of Internal recruitment by:

Adherence to the national minimum standards of HTE and GPS
Principal Areas of Responsibility: (not in priority order)
To source and identify new candidates to work for Arrows Group Ltd in areas of need
To assist the Compliance department in getting new candidates ready for work
To gain existing candidate availability for work during the coming weeks/months
To contact existing and inactive clients to build relationships and get shifts/contracts
Once training is provided, to contact potential new clients for any of their areas of need
Be competent in the use of the computer system
Be competent in the understanding of shift management systems our clients may use
To establish effective inter-team liaison to achieve optimum levels of service and to encourage positive working relationships within the multi-disciplinary team
To attend any training provided by the company
Maintain and expand your professional knowledge and competence.

Education and Qualifications:
A degree holder is preferred
