This position will support the Credit Card IVR Rewrite and other projects as necessary; write API Designs, Technical Use Cases and Data Maps; review and interpret Voice User Interface documents; provide support to JAVA and VXML Developers as well as to the Quality Assurance Team; act as liaison with the Credit Card LOB, peer technology groups and external vendors.
Experience Level: Previous Experience with Banking IVR, Internet, Desktop, Mainframe or Middleware systems is desired. Description: Act as a liaison between LOB and technical organizations by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with IVR systems.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Ability to work with LOB and peer groups to resolve questions, assess needs and recommend changes.
