  Job Description
The role of the Business Development Executive is to do Tele-prospecting to generate sales ready leads and opportunities. The BDE will also be responsible to nurture the leads to make them sales ready.
Key Responsibilities
TeleProspectingCold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus areasKeeping good activity history and to do task in the CRM
Nurturing a good relationship with prospects
Productivity Improvements
Tracking actual work done vs. targets
Documenting issues hampering productivity
Continual Learning and Improvement
Frequent interactions with the technical team to get the right update
Seek regular feedback from the immediate supervisor
Maintain healthy and co-operative environment with the fellow team
Disseminate learning across the team
Provide correct update and current status on the CRM and whenever its required
Essential Skills, Qualification and Competencies
Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent preferred
3 -5 yrs. of experience is telesales (Internationally)Knowledge of business process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs
Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a portfolio of clients, delivering on pre-set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.Experience in using a CRM software to track and analyze sales metrics
Proven track-record of closing sales, meeting and exceeding budgetary goals and managing successful client relationships
Must be willing to work on the assigned geography
An effective team player with strong work ethics
Exemplary presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Understanding Anubuvams business model
Should be aware of various cold calling techniques
Understanding of general outsourcing model
Comfortable in using various search engines and IT Directories
Excellent 'Business Communication' Skills are required (Spoken, Written as well as email)
- Up to a level, where you can converse and convince English speaking Customers (in US, UK and other countries)Familiarity with Internet, Web and other softwares - MS Office, etc.Expertise in selling Educational products will be an added advantage
