Working within the Digital Media team and customers, you will shape architectures so solve critical business problems and provide a competitive advantage for your clients.
We are looking for talented individual who can define solutions and communicate those with clarity and passion.
The role will be responsible for;
·Acting as a technical point of contact and mentor for development teams and client personnel
·Serving as a subject matter expert for specific areas of applications or products. We are particularly interested in individuals with extensive web technologies experience including large scale public facing websites and web applications.
·Making sure business requirements can be supported by a new or existing architecture and anticipating technical issues before they arise.
·Producing and reviewing estimates for new application delivery or changes to existing applications
·Engaging and managing suppliers staying up to date with the latest technologies and including evaluation of their offerings against business requirements
·Producing clear and concise documents that describe applications and systems accurately
The successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of some of the following;
·Hybris multichannel suite, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle WebCenter Sites, Oracle WebCenter Portal.
·You will be equally comfortable working with a team of developers, solving technical problems and talking to business stakeholders to explain trade-offs between different solution options.
·Full application life-cycle experience and responsibility for the technical integrity of a solution
·Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns and the ability to define solutions using UML.
·Experience of multiple software development methodologies including SCRUM and RUP.
·Experience of leading development teams to deliver successful solutions
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·Excellent negotiation skills with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers
·Understanding of existing and emerging technologies
