  Job Description
My client is a successful and well respected IT Solution Provider who are seeking a Data Analyst in order to help to highlight areas of improvement within their business. You will be responsible for taking raw data from multiple sources and compiling it as you see fit via Excel or other means, and turning the data into meaningful reports which can be used to increase business efficiency and boost revenue.

You will be responsible for analysing a large amount of data with the end goal being to allow the organisation to resource plan effectively for the future.

It is highly desirable if you have performed a similar role before for another IT Solution Provider

Key duties:
· Analysing current available data sources to identify gaps
· Recommend improvement and add extra sources of data analysis / data capture tools
· Continue to create and improve internal reporting
· Assisting in the creation of processes and reports for both internal engineers
and external clients

Key skills required:
· Data analyst with skills in Excel
· Report generation
· Any exposure to call logging systems desirable
· Working for an IT Solution provider highly desirable
