Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Engineer / IT Supp
You will be joining a reputable and well established company with career progression for the right individual.
You will be responsible for providing support to VIP's - CEO's, CIO's etc and their PA's on mainly 1st line issues.
Additionally you will be providing 2nd line support to other users within the company.
Experience / Skills
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience of working in a 1st or 2nd line support role
Experience with XP / W7 / Office / Exchange
Desirable / Skills
VMware / Citrix
ERP / CRM knowledge
You will need to drive and have own car as occasional sites visits will; be required.
It is highly desirable if you are available immediately
