Requirements/Must Have : andgt; In-depth knowledge of Windows 7 and excellent troubleshooting skills. andgt; Working knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SCCM. andgt; Professional demeanor with excellent written/verbal communication skills and a high level of quality and attention to detail as there is constant interaction with the business community, including executive level staff. andgt; In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and other standard office environment applications. andgt; Must be a self-starter and be able to follow and enforce defined division processes. andgt; Excellent organization and time management skills in addition to a high level of problem solving and analysis. andgt; Working knowledge/experience of PC imaging tools, remote control tools and Microsoft Outlook 2010 experience. andgt; Responsible for setup and support of multipoint videoconferences on campus. andgt; Ensure exceptional customer service and support with prompt problem resolution and follow up with customers. andgt; Responsible for support of remote VPN/connectivity. andgt; Ability to lift 50 lbs.
