Project Management for Profitability :
Negotiate with customer on deadlines, plan for activities, hardware/software resources, schedules and manpower, decide on deliverable, assign work, monitor progress, conduct steering committee meetings, communicate progress, submit invoices to customer and collect payment and identify additional business opportunities IN ORDER TO profitably complete the project as per plan, achieve AMC target and get additional businesses.
|Build reference customers: Meet AMC customers regularly, understand issues, inform support groups, and transmit repeat issues to product support IN ORDER TO meet service level agreements and build.
Build, influence, coach, monitor, review and motivate the team, identify and ensure training, provide feedback IN ORDER TO control attrition and enhance individual and team productivity to better achieve the unit's objectives.
|Implementation and Customer Management:
Inform product development on critical features, gather information on best practices from other implementation groups IN ORDER TO influence product direction.
Estimate project size, provide clarifications to customer queries, co-ordinate prospect visits to existing customer sites IN ORDER TO convert prospects.
