* 20-25 inbound calls a day
-Answer and resolve service desk issues/requests from local and remote users and offices via calls, emails and/or through the help desk management system
-Customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
-Create accounts for new users in Active Directory, and in 3 POS system
