  Job Description

Experience with configuration of Auth-proxy Authentication (Firewall, Routers/Switches and NAT)
Linux Administration required
Mobile troubleshooting (Android/iOS)
Experience with Active Directory / LDAP configuration necessary
Experience using MySQL, REST and SOAP APIs and with use of cURL commands
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile methodology a must)
BA/BS Engineering or Tech related degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years work experience in providing technical customer service within an enterprise client-facing environment
Consistent and punctual attendance flexible to work variable schedules as necessary, including weekends
Self-directed with strong negotiating, organizational, decision-making, and time management skills
Ability to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing along with strong presentation skills
Working knowledge and experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and the Agile Development Lifecycle
