Minimum of 3 years experience providing application or end user support, with an emphasis on technical support.
Previous experience in a customer focused, process centered environment. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must.
Experience using a Call Tracking/Incident Management tool is a plus.
Ability to create/understand application and process documentation.
Proficiency providing support on various applications such as Lotus Notes, SAP, Microsoft Office, VPN, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
