Associate Degree or technical certification in Computer Science or related field in preferred. Must have three (3) years minimum technical customer service experience required. Must have a high level of technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills (both verbal and written), as well as excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
Must have a background which includes collaboration with technology professionals in a multi-site environment, as well as a strong dedication to industry best-practice service delivery and service level management. Must have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access and data manipulation and reporting techniques.
