  Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Work with regions to drive Regional Roadmaps and facilitate support
Responsible for leading the continuous education of colleagues and staff on all domestic and international logistics business process.
Develop governance of internal processes.
Bring innovation from industry practices to support continuous Process Improvement and identify Optimization opportunities
Develop Global Long Range Plans and review Logistics infrastructure in line with future needs
Support Global Sustainability emissions data reporting
Participate on the Global logistics and Regional Networks.
Identify resources to support changes and improvements
Develop KPI's and metrics that provide clear visibility to achieve company objectives
Support Global Logistics initiatives from functional standpoint and work with regions to review Non Standard Cost Budgets and LRP
Provide Data analysis in decision support

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
The Global Logistics Analyst will work with the regional Logistics Leadership in integrating strategic roadmap initiatives for continuous improvement. Closely work with the regions to review the processes and identify opportunities to optimize operations. Review and analyze data points in organized manner to facilitate optimization discussion across regions depending on Cost and Service needs. Work with the regions to identify common operational improvement needs. Support Global initiatives from Logistics standpoint.
