Desktop support coordinator
Four years work experience in a technical position
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business desired
Certification in technical training (i.e., ComTIA A+ certification)
Strong knowledge of systems management processes and procedures on Microsoft Windows desktop and Server Platforms (i.e., Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, WSUS, Active Directory, software delivery tools)
Strong knowledge of operating system (i.e. Windows 7) and other core applications (i.e. MS Office, anti-virus, encryption tools); high level understanding of licensing of these applications.
