PTG provides IT outsourcing and Help-Desk services though Ignition (www.ignition.bm & www.ignitionna.com) and also IT consulting, application development, business solutions via the Paragon entity (www.paragon.bm ). PTG companies are operating in 4 locations:

  Job Description
Job Requirements

Minimum 3 year of voice and/or data Telecommunications experience

Experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEMs) preferred

Familiarity with various vendor (ATandT and Verizon) online portals/tools for ordering and billing of voice and data services

Microsoft Office Suite proficient

Excellent organization and prioritization skills in order to complete assigned projects and meet deadlines

Highly self-motivated and shows integrity with the ability to work well without direction

Strong attention to detail with ability to see patterns and trends

Strong written and verbal communication skills; Able to interface with all levels of management.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - effective two-way communications with customers, vendors, and internal staff using all/any communication methods. The individual is required to have strong diagnostics, logic and organizational skills, be detailed oriented, excellent follow through, must have a superior customer service record.
