IT HelpDesk Specialist
IT Technical Support Requirements:
Strong customer service and must be a team player.
Must be a quick learner.
Analytical with good troubleshooting skills.
BS/BA or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years prior customer IT help desk phone support experience.
3 to 5 years' experience with Windows XP and Windows 7
3 to 5 years' experience with MS Office Application Suite, MS Outlook and Exchange 2007.
Exposure to Wired and Wireless networking.
Checkpoint VPN RSA soft tokens
1+ years' experience with Polycom systems
Iphone and Ipad support
Experience with the following would be helpful:
1 to 3 years' experience with Crestron devices
1 to 3 years of audio visual troubleshooting
Apple support certified
