Working knowledge of Mac operating systems
Working knowledge of networking
Requires strong experience supporting/troubleshooting Microsoft applications including the Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Must be flexible and willing to handle any variety of tasks assigned
Must be self- motivated, yet willing to work in a team
5+ years of experience with Windows and Apple OSX desktop support
Active Directory experience
Handheld device support experience (iPhone/iOS/Android/Blackberry).
Working knowledge of platform virtualization software
