  Job Description
Improving quality assurance processes and practices.
Involved in the recruitment and mentoring of QA Engineers as per project needs.
Developing and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Overseeing and coordinating the investigation of Customer Complaints, Escalations and Non-conformities.
Investigating incidences of non-compliance of procedures.
Writing up Quality Assurance and process manuals.
Preparing for third party audits.
Document all testing results in conjunction with test plans.
Identify and analyse defects/test results and be able to deduct the chain of events leading to a failure.
Identify areas for test improvement through analysis, experience and use of metrics.
Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely manner.
Should educate and train peers and subordinates on the QA process and provide guidance to them when they are unclear about the process.
Should provide coaching and guidance to the Quality Assurance Team on "best practices".
Should plan, organize, and monitor the execution of the work assignments for the Quality Assurance Team.
Should ensure that the project schedule is adhered to and the work is completed according to the schedule.
Should maintain a high degree of error free programs, procedures, systems, and documentation on all software application releases.
Desired Skills:

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills not necessarily associated with programming
Strong understanding of testing web , responsive and mobile platforms
Strong understanding of web security testing best practices
Implementation of ISO 27001 in your organisation will be an added advatange
Should have experience of conducting internal audits.
Varied knowledge and skills required in the following areas:
Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
Business integration skills
Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office, productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA)
Knowledge of Company policy, procedures and organizational structure

The ideal candidate will have experience of the day to day management of a QA and Support team. Candidate must be well aware of different process standards. He must have good knowledge on ISO process. Diplomatic and supportive to team members and possesses excellent communication skills
