  Job Description

Associate's degree or two years of college coursework required. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience preferred.

Minimum of three years of HRIS and general Benefits experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm.

*Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data importing/exporting to/from Excel, pivot tables and charts .

HRIS/payroll software, report writing, and data manipulation. Epicor/HCM HRIS experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of benefits plans and employment laws affecting benefits required, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm.

Strong skills in MSWord, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to organize multiple tasks, work independently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Ability to recognize potential problems and proactively suggest ways to mitigate them.

Ability to anticipate needs and synthesize diverse data.

Strict attention to protecting the confidentiality of benefits records and information.
