Should be capable of handling a team of Desktop Support Engineer.
Should have handled a team of 5+ Onsite engineers in a site.
Strong communication skills both written, listening and speaking.
Proficient in Windows OS (XP and WIN7), Outlook, standard MS applications(e.g. MS Office, Internet Explorer, Exchange), Remote Support, Net Meeting, Remedy tools, VPN, other standard desktop applications
Responsible for maintaining SLA
Should be good in team building, conflict management and attrition handling etc..
Should be able to build good rapport with users and managers
Should be involved in preparation of MIS Report and Quality reports
Capable of preparing Shift roster and keep track of Absenteeism, leaves etc..
