  Job Description
Interest in learning and improving in existing technologies and methodologies

Self Motivated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting directly with clients in a tactful manner.

Demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues.

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organization and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience supporting PC hardware, Windows OS systems with a Customer Service background.

Educational Qualification:
BS in related field – preferably Computer Information Systems

Experience in a customer service/technical support environment with exposure to PC Hardware, Windows OS as well as Citrix environments.
