Role Description:

Windows XP / Windows 7 support experience
Provide phone support (Troubleshoot computer and network issues)
Remote Desktop support (Bomgar)
Password Resets (Active Directory, eCW, EPRG)
Unlocked RSA Accounts
Assigning and issuing RSA Key Fobs
Proficient with creating tickets in Service Now
Work multiple queues (Wireless, Good, UHG Telecom and Unassigned queues)
Archiving email


MSOffice suite
RSA Console
Active Directory
Good Mobile
Service Now
One year helpdesk experience preferred
