3-5 years of experience in information technology managing the delivery of software products, preferably on an eCommerce product development team.
Demonstrated success in the development and delivery of new software products and services
Experience managing large size development projects involving many cross functional product teams across the globe
Demonstrated ability to interact directly with business owners/subject matter experts to interpret business needs and large/complex problems and distill them into workable components
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, Product Owners and Team to develop, refine, and communicate requirements
Strong facilitator; adept at running meetings with end users, gathering and managing business requirements, and balancing priorities
