  Job Description

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION\
B.E (Electronics, Electrical, CS, Instrumentation)
Preferred :
MBA /PGDBA – Marketing
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:

Technical / Functional Skill Set :
Good knowledge of Sales and marketing management
EDA background preferred but not a must
Should have handled accounts like LRDE, HAL, BEL etc
Should be interested of sales into Defense, PSU and Corporate Sector

Negotiation Skills
Good Interpersonal Skills, Team building
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Generation
Identifying potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets
Maintaining relationships with existing customers
Gathering market and customer information
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements
Making proposals and quotation
Responsible for revenue generation for the division
Build and Maintain Relation with Principal companies in India and Abroad
Working closely with Business manager for devising the strategies and implementation
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 to 6 yrs of relevant experience
