  Job Description
Should be strong in Go-To market strategy
* Provide Pre-Sales Support on the SAP Products and Partner Offerings
* Engage the prospects in discussions to discover their needs and pain points
* Identify the business requirements of the prospects
* Provide Solution Support to the Sales Cycle
andbull; Design, set – up and Deliver Solution Demonstration
* Transition the Account to the implementation / Support stages
* Ensure that there is smooth Communication between the Delivery team and the Customer
* Extend Subject Matter Expertise to the Implementation / Support team as and when required
* Must have Global exposure in ERP sales specific to SAP SALES.
* Work with Delivery/Practice teams to develop new service(s) to serve customerandrsquo;s current and future needs.
* Ensure achievement of the Regionandrsquo;s Budget numbers.
andbull; Ensure Strong relationship with the SAP customers in the region.
* Work with and Support the Sales Team in meeting Targets.
* Identify areas of improvement and give feedback to the sales person concerned.
* Training and Development to the sales team
* Ensure the team has a high morale and is highly motivated.
* Ensure that the Sales are making the required number of calls every week.
* Weekly Review Meetings and Reports.
* Ensure strong skills for branding of the organization– At least 6 years of progressive experience in SAP
– At least 5 years of Domain Experience
– Proven track record in providing pre-sales support
- Experience in Implementing SAP Solutions as a functional consultant
– Strong understanding of business processes across various domains
– Good Communication Skills
– Willingness to travel to domestic and international destinations
– Willingness to work in variable timings
