  Job Description
Good Knowledge of SDLC and various Development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
Good Knowledge of Dot Net (Fundamentals, Framework, Web Services, LinQ, Design Patterns)
Good Knowledge on RDBMS ( PL/SQL Stored Procedures, Triggers, Udf, Plan tables, Tuning performance, DB Design Basis (ER diagrams
Project Management experience, PMI or Prince 2 Certification preferred
Agile Scrum Master certification would be an added advantage
Handled Projects on Dot Net Technologies and Good understanding of Architecture using Dot Net Framework
Handled a team of around 10+ associates (People Management)
Able to Design a Solution/System based on the Business Requirements
Responsible for the delivery of one or more projects on schedule, with defined schedule, quality and revenue targets. Responsible for managing all aspects of project including size, scope, schedule, quality and revenue.
Ability to manage project issues and risks.
Responsible for estimation of projects should have prior experience using formal estimation techniques.
Strong knowledge of CMMi/ISO processes. Ability to drive projects using Quality metrics.
Ability to lay out a project and manage it. He/She should be able to schedule, track, report variances as per budget.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) to work with foreign clients.
The job implies candidate having strong Negotiation and Interpersonal skills.
Good Learner who can understand Business Processes and map it back to the System.
