  Job Description
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

o Strong customer service skills including verbal and written communications

o Superior time management skills, including sense of urgency and proactive approach

o Strict adherence to professional ethics

o Abilility to work independently and in a team environment

o Ability to work on and successfully complete multiple projects at the same time

o At least two years of relevant technology experience in related technical environment preferred

o Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office desktop application software

o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree
