  Job Description
Required Skills:

3-5 years of back office/secretarial Administrative/clerical experience.
Preferably previous experience supporting a staffing firm or recruitment office
Proficiency of all Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.
Strong communication, excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
Must be multi-task oriented and be able to work with teams as well as on projects.
Any experience with VMS tools is preferred (i.e. FieldGlass, IQN, People Fluent, etc.)


Education/Experience:
Minimum high school diploma.
