  Job Description
• Four to five years of desktop support or helpdesk experience
• Ability to prioritize work while giving good attention to follow through on outstanding requests
• Solid background supporting Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 7
• Experience with software security updates for workstations using WSUS or third party tools
• Experience supporting mobile Aircards, mobile hotspots and wireless connectivity
• Sound Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to work independently and/or as a part of a team
• Ability to have a flexible schedule and occasional on-call support
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Understanding of DNS

• Experience supporting VOIP phone connectivity
• Experience with MS SQL general administration and application support
• Experience organizing inventory of workstations, laptops and mobile devices
• Experience supporting a multi-site environment with a wide range of network connectivity
• General phone system administration
• Experience developing desktop, laptop, cell phone requirement specifications and obtaining quotes from equipment vendors
• Experience with application licensing and application support renewals
• PC / Laptop refresh deployment

• High school or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred)
