Senior Project Manager
Experience working with a government customer for a large scale software implementation
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent
Must have 10+ years of experience managing highly complex projects in the federal government applying agile/iterative methodologies
Proven experience building and delivering a CMMI ML3 software system implementation "cradle to grave"
Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT management and software architecture implementation (enterprise level type environment)- – Oracle, Java, Weblogic
Substantial knowledge of the iterative requirements / systems life-cycle development practices and processes
Demonstrated experience managing software releases through multiple environments.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials
Demonstrated experience managing manpower utilization, problem resolution, and employee relations (including subcontractors)
Exceptionally organizational and planning skills with the ability to recognize, prioritize, track, and resolve multiple ongoing issues
Strong attention to detail and proactively identify dependencies and coordinate necessary tasks to prevent schedule delays
Keen ability to multi-task and uncover risks internal and external to project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain policies, procedures, and technical information clearly and accurately (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
