  Job Description

Bachelor's Degree
Previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred
5-8 years' experience in Sales Operations and/or Customer Service experience, preferably in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry
Medical Device or healthcare experience preferred
Experience in managing field inventory a plus
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to work with minimal degree of supervision
Strong understanding of the order to cash process
Experience in customer conflict resolution
Demonstrates strong time management skills
Detailed oriented
Ability to think logically
Creative problem solving skills
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Previous Oracle and or Surgisoft experience a plus
