Systems Engineering Program Manager
Masters degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of solid Project and Program Management experience.
Must be able to demonstrate successful management of projects with increasing levels of scope and complexity.
Possess ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment.
Ability to prioritize and monitor engineering and operations tasks and resources across projects.
Have demonstrated leadership, planning, organizational and analytical skills.
Must have an understanding of technical product development, test environments and operational support activities.
Effective communication skills: Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Excellent technical skills and customer-interface experience.
Experience in robust risk and opportunity management.
Experience with systems and software engineering processes (software planning, design, development tools, configuration management, test and QA methods).

Experience managing programs using: fixed-point software development, computer vision and/or image processing algorithm implementation, CASE tools to develop flight compliant software, MATLAB and Simulink code generation toolsets (e.g. MATLAB Coder, Simulink Coder / Real-Time Workshop, Fixed Point Designer), GUI development, web-based applications, and/or databases (e.g. SQLite).
