Manages level 2 Help Desk Operations.
Manages a team of DBAs, Configuration Management, and Application Server Administrators.
Assists the Executive Management team in procurement of hardware and software.
Define processes and methods to improve the productivity and efficiency of the team and decrease the average handle time for requests from the Development team.
Support the Infrastructure team to coordinate the activities during regular or unexpected maintenance of systems.
Manages service requests for the Data Center and On Demand Service provider for both regular DB maintenance and code promotions.
Responsible for providing KPR reports and servicing and ADHOC requests related to infrastructure.
Assists with user provisioning and audits for managed systems.
Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement new technology to meet business objectives and improve service delivery through productivity gains and expense reductions.
Develops policies and procedures related to the implementation, connectivity, and utilization of Technology.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
