Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent openings with our clients.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate
with client needs
Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: Internal database, market and Internet
research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, and online social networking
Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings. Submit ten (10) qualified candidates on a weekly basis.
Interview prospective candidates on the phone or in-person.
Update and track candidates in OSG Global's applicant tracking system (ATS).
Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified clients.
Track job orders and initiate recruitment for new roles paying close attention to high priority situations.
Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
Refer job order leads and hiring manager names to Business Development Managers.
Be familiar with industry trends, including client, market and unemployment conditions.
Be fully educated on account processes and policies to ensure 100% contract compliance.
Track/communicate new technology trends.
Strategize with team members; assist and backup absent colleagues.
