Roles and Responsibilities
Revenue Cycle Analyst
Acts as the primary contact for existing clients during the migration process
Must be a client liaison for Patient Access Solutions implemented
Must be responsible for the coordination, communication and accurate reporting of all migration related activities under the supervision of Manager
Facilitates training needs, schedules client training and reports on training completed
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with aggressive time frames
Gather critical information from client, internal departments, effectively negotiate and resolve all issues relative to the implementation process, plan design and timing of deliverables
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative group
Ensure successful hand-off to appropriate individuals for on-going support post-implementation
Manages all activities to the project schedules and timelines for the different phases of the migration project
Hospital registration and Health insurance billing, receivables management, collection and data processing interface experience is desired
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Provides training on Patient Access Solutions at client site or remotely as per business need
Define scope of the implementation project, educates the client on best practices and guide the client through the implementation process
Provides effective monitoring during the project hand holding phase, track and report issues, provide ongoing updates to clients as needed.
Facilitates and participates in operational strategy efforts across the operations organization.
Lead, coach and influence cross functional teams.
Consistently seeks feedback from clients, identify areas that needs improvement/ innovation.
Measures and analyzes data, detects trends and anomalies then develops plans to proactively avoid issues or strengthen the existing processes.
Consistently demonstrates ability to act and react swiftly to continuous challenges.
Performs on-site visits/training for managed clients.
