  Job Description
Required Skills

*At least 10 years of experience in designing and developing Oracle Payroll solutions, with in depth understanding of other Oracle HRMS modules.

*Candidate MUST have at least 5 complete payroll HCM implementations using the Oracle R12 Release.

*Multiple implementations experience with Hire-To-Retire track

*Candidate must be able to conduct requirements analysis and assessments of current payroll processes

*Good understanding of additional modules in HCM suite such as Core HR, SSHR, Benefits

*Historical Data Conversion experience

*Experience in writing fast formulas

*Should have a detailed understanding of the various stages of project implementation including Functional Analysis, Conversions and Interfaces, and actively participate through-out the project

*Integration experience with other systems for Budgeting, Recruiting and Performance Management is a plus

*Experience writing Functional Specifications Developed testing scripts to adequately test payroll functionality

*Experience performing System Test planning and execution

*Strong collaboration, and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills

*Customer focused

*Ability to multi-task and achieve results while working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

*Knowledge of and experience applying a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework, e.g., Oracle Method or Oracle Unified Method

*Previous experience working in Oracle Cloud environme
