  Job Description
Preferred Qualifications

Hands on functional implementation along with technical expertise with Oracle e-Business suite of applications
Experience writing custom production code, building algorithms, and or object oriented design
Experience managing managers, onsite teams and off shore teams
Experience with global technology implementation efforts and rollouts for large scale ERP systems
Experience in the Finance, Accounting or Tax domains
Experience with mergers and acquisitions
Techno-functional consultant involved in performing Setups, GAP Analysis, Requirements gathering, testing, Customizations, implementation, upgrade and post implementation/production support expertise with different versions of Oracle Applications including R12, R 11i (, 11.5.8), 11.0.x, 10.7SC across different operating systems including Windows, Unix (including Tru-64), and Linux.
Expertise in integrating with Oracle Enterprise Linux.
Previous experience with banking payment files and lockbox files.
Previous experience implementing and supporting both multiple and single Org setups.
Previous experience supporting multiple country (US, UK, France, Canada, Spain, and Portugal) instances/installations of Oracle Applications.
Proven expertise with setting up KFF (Key Flexfields), DFF (Descriptive Flexfields), and EIT (Extra Information Types) to capture essential information for various clients in the realm of Oracle Financials and Oracle HRMS.
Previous working experience with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) regulations, including working with business users to determine and segregate responsibility access to particular users to be in tune with SOX regulations.
Familiarity with Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM), including past preparation of BR100, MD50, MD70 and TE120 documents.
Experience with ADI and WEB ADI along with Oracle Discoverer. Should be able to create Web ADI templates.
Expert in Workflows (Workflow Builder R 2.6.3/2.6.2/2.5) and customizing of workflows, including Order Management/ Fixed Assets (Account Generator)/ Oracle Service workflows. Should be proficient in customizations of workflows.
Expert at Oracle interfacing:
Experience preparing Change Requests, written Functional specifications, Technical specification documents, Data Mapping Documents for Interfaces, and test plans.
Experience with the Oracle Application Framework, including migration of forms from older versions of Oracle to the new framework.
Extensive expertise in total automation of data migrations between open systems, including interfacing and converting data between legacy systems and Oracle Applications (Inbound) and Oracle Applications to Legacy (Outbound).
Expertise with R.I.C.E. (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions)
