  Job Description
Looking for candidates with 4-5+years of experience in a IT Service Desk Analyst, Senior Technical Support, or Help Desk Support related role. Will need excellent technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Will need a solid technical background with Windows, Active Directory, MS Office Suite, Remote Control, and VPN. Any prior experience supporting SCCM, Web Browsers, or Adobe would be a nice to have. Prior experience with Level II support would be needed.
