  Job Description
Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree obtained from an accredited institution. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.
Eight years of experience working with business information systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, Data Warehouse, etc.
Experience in a role requiring the demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and tasks as well as process information and details on a micro level.
Functional experience in one or more Human Resources area such as Compensation, Benefits, Employment, Recruiting or Talent Management.
Advanced level experience managing enterprise level systems to design and deliver business services and analytics.
Comprehensive understanding of the types of information used in a human resources environment, how the data is produced, consumed, transformed and analyzed to support business decisions.
Experience in a role requiring bringing order to ideas and processes as well as communicating business concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.
Proficient at solving complex problems and understands the type of workforce information used in a business environment and how the data are produced, consumed, and analyzed.
Proven experience including hands on application management, design, configuration, maintenance and support for HR applications and systems.
Experience in a role requiring the demonstrated understanding of the type of workforce information used in a business environment and how the data are produced, consumed, and analyzed.
Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail and scheduling applications.
Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
