0-3 years of experience, experience using Remedy desired
A+ certification required
Certified in accordance with DODD 8570.1 Information Assurance Technician I.
Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 Foundation.
Must have held a Secret Clearance in the past 5 years (does not need to be currently using Clearance)
