12 years with a Bachelor's degree.
7 years project or program management experience with IT or cybersecurity projects.
Experience supporting a Project/Program Management Office.
Project Management Professional Certification required.
Requires in-depth project management knowledge and experience managing a PMO.
Knowledge of analysis tools and techniques.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of project phases.
Knowledge of project planning tools and techniques, including Gantt charts, critical path method, program evaluation and review technique, resource balancing and cost estimating.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Information Services infrastructure, application development projects.
Professionalism and ability to use diplomacy in working relationships to deal with conflict and to arbitrate solutions successfully.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
