  Job Description
1) 3+ years experience providing desk side support in a bilingual environment - 5+ years preferred
2) 3+ years experience supporting Win7/Office2010, HP laptop, Boardroom AV, video and web conferencing, smartphone, iPads - support
3) Ticketing experience - Remedy

Responsibilities:
- Perform in person and remote support for:
o Hardware: laptop, desktop, boardroom AV, MFPs, switches and cabling
o Software/OS: Win10, Office 2010, Office 365, Mobile Oss
o Conferencing: Skype for Business, Sysco Video Conferencing
o Acts as a liaison for business users to other IS groups/next tier support.
o Perform Moves/Adds/Change tasks and work on technology projects.
o Document and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support.
o Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant technology offerings and support policies in order to provide solutions to customers.
o Regularly share knowledge with team members.
o Consistently provide world class customer service
o Strong technical skills as outlined under Accountabilities
o Use of BMC/Remedy tool to track issues and collect data for analysis
o Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify problem trends in order to proactively remove problems from the environment.
o Bilingual written and verbal English/French is a plus (but required)
o Intermediate level AV and Conferencing skills are a benefit; as is a basic level of experience are with network and server support.

Certifications: A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
