Responsibilities and Duties

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents.
Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops.
Handle printer problems at users desktops.
Provide support to voice equipment including support for Lupins VOIP voice devices such as plugging in the headsets and carrying out headset settings.
Assist users in accessing applications.
Troubleshooting OS booting related issues and BSOD issues.
Able to crimp both Straight and Cross Cable.
Configuring and Troubleshooting printer and scanner
Software Installation, Repair and Maintenance.
Installation of Antivirus and Updating Antivirus.
Hardware Installation, Repair and Maintenance.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Keyskills
desktop support software installation configuring Outlook Configuration Troubleshooting Operating Systems Tech Support L1 L2 System Admin Server Admin Windows Linux

Desired Candidate Profile

At least Minimum 6 Months of experience specifically working in Desktop Support engineers.

Experience end users Applications and hands on experience on win7. Win8, 8.1.

Sound knowledge on peripheral installation and Configuration Troubleshootings.

Excellent communication skills, English language.

Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary.

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
