  Job Description
1.We require VERY strong stakeholder management and almost project sales skills; you will be dealing with very strong personalities with very strong ideas and opinions so you will need a strong personality and the ability to change opinion / to 'sell the project' to potentially difficult stakeholders. A more junior PM or someone used to a more typical team based PM role is likely to lack the gravitas/influence required.

2.This is a pure PM role in a constantly changing environment where projects tend to be complex, high-pressure, constantly subject to change, and where there are serious implications for getting things wrong – you will need to be able to handle this while still adhering to strict project guidelines. It's worth noting that although this role falls within a corporate FTSE100 the team environment will be more similar to a smaller company where there is greater accountability and closer team-working so you will need to flexible and adaptable.

What we are looking for:

·A solid PM background and not candidates who have diversified heavily or worked in combined style roles.

·A track record of regular full-lifecycle project delivery over several years (5 project deliveries over 5 years would be a good benchmark).

·General IT experience and knowledge/interest in modern development skills/technologies – applicants who have held PM roles in Software Houses will typically fit in well.

·Very strong and consistent stakeholder management experience dealing with high-level personnel.
