  Job Description
Service Desk Support Analyst (Windows, Office, ITIL, Mac) required for a large Media (advertising / marketing) client based in London. You will have at least 1 year experience in providing 1st line support in a Windows Desktop (Windows 7, Windows XP) environment. You will have strong Office skills and have experience working with a call-logging / ticketing system such as LANDesk. You will need strong communication skills and a good attitude to providing excellent support. Ideally you will have worked in the Media sector previously and with Mac machines although these aren't critical. This will provide a great opportunity to develop and progress within a world-leading, global company.

Key Required Skills/Experience:

- 1+ years experience in providing 1st line / service desk support

- Windows Desktop (Windows 7, Windows XP) support

- Strong Microsoft Office experience

- Experience working with LANDesk or comparable system
