You will manage the end-to-end execution of Audio Visual projects, leading technical teams from initial design through to completion.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of AV engineers, project managers, and technicians to execute projects according to design documents.
Allocate daily tasks to field resources and coordinate manpower deployment across open sites.
Liaise with PMCs, clients, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and customer relationships.
Troubleshoot on-site technical issues or coordinate necessary resources to resolve them.
Oversee material delivery, site storage, inventory management, and milestone-based project receivables.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
Proven experience managing a team of 10-15 AV engineers or technicians.
Deep understanding of AV solutions and technical implementation.
Ability to manage logistics, inventory, and milestone billing.
Experience driving Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business growth.
Proficiency in maintaining MIS reports for active sites.

Preferred Skills

PMP Certification.
