You will provide break-fix support and hardware maintenance for front-line systems and server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on HPE Storage and HPE Server infrastructure.
Execute hardware break-fix repairs and technical analysis to determine critical paths for problem resolution.
Conduct proactive monitoring and review hardware failures to ensure equipment availability.
Manage firmware updates and hardware reconfigurations within your technical scope.
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and support HP-UX and Linux platforms.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in hardware break-fix, repair, and installation.
Hands-on experience with HPE Storage infrastructure maintenance.
Hands-on experience with HPE Server infrastructure maintenance.
Proficiency in maintaining HP-UX and Linux platforms.
Experience with proactive equipment monitoring and preventive maintenance.
Ability to perform technical analysis for server failure resolution.
Any Graduate degree.
